By accessing or using pairio, you agree to be bound by these terms. During our 2026 private access period, use is also subject to approval of your whitelist request.
Use of the service
You may use pairio only for lawful maintenance and reliability purposes within your organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you connect and for decisions made using the assistant's output.
AI-generated content
pairio provides AI-assisted suggestions, including spare part matches and recommended intervals. These are decision support, not a substitute for qualified technician judgment.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account. Access granted during the whitelist period may be modified as we onboard teams in waves.
Limitation of liability
pairio is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
